Born and raised in Inglewood, Ca., Cuban attended The University of Memphis, with aspirations of playing basketball. After two years of education his hoop dreams were deflated. His love of music brought him to the stage. Influenced by his brother Rayshawn "PHENOM" MCCAA, Cuban first took the stage in January of 2001 and never looked back. Other influences include Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Biggi, 2Pac , and Busta Rhymes. Cuban, obtains a very universal and versatal style, with his edgy street raps, urban conscious rhymes and swagger filled club songs, this artist is one to watch.
